Hi! I’m Caroline Merk, graphic designer and illustrator. I live in New Albany, IN. I graduated from Indiana State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and minors in Public Relations and Art History.

Looking back, I can see that I was always going to be a designer. Art has been my one constant interest throughout my life, and I’ve always been keen on selling ideas. When I was four, I drew a poster for a TV show I made up called “The Patchy Kids,” with an accompanying DVD disc design. When I was eight, I had a favorite typeface. I recognized my interest in marketing in middle school and started making flyers for various school events.

Most of my professional work is done on the computer, but I often spend my free time sketching on paper or experimenting with different mediums.
